The Times. columnist Oliver Kamm uses his own experience of illness and treatment as a jumping off point to investigate the mental disorder of depression in this book due to be published by Orion Books in spring 2021.
In his initial book proposal, the writer said he hoped to ‘illuminate the condition’, which gave me the idea to use the daylight coming through my window to shine a light on the title.

The book will be published in Spring 2021 by Orion.
